About Me
Hello, my name is Elvia and I look forward to meeting with you. Are you feeling all over the place, are your goals not coming to a fruition or maybe have you reached a plateau in your life? I’ve been there before and it doesn’t feel good. You are in the right place and my hope is that you find what you are looking for. I am usually invited to work with therapists, high-achieving women and college students who are facing a life change, burn out, relationship conflict or perhaps just need a safe space to grow in “Self” awareness/compassion and get some clarity in this season.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Registered Play Therapist (RPT), Internal Family Systems Therapist (IFS IFIO & Somatic IFS, Level 2) and a Precision Nutrition Coach (PN1). I incorporate mindfulness practices and evidence-based modalities that enables an integrative and holistic approach (spirit, soul & body) that helps guide individuals back to themselves and their bodies. My trauma-informed training has been a guide for me to be sensitive to my client's situations and experiences. I utilize trauma-informed, body centered approaches/Somatic IFS, and experiential tools: such as sand tray, puppets, holistic medicine and movement equipment (modified for individual needs).
I would like to commend you for the courage to take the first step in finding what is best for you in this season. My hope for you is that you are inspired to create the best life for you and your loved ones. Let's come together and allow me the opportunity to be part of this process of reigniting the best version of you and in that live out your most authentic “Self”.
